Pat J. Pentino


Pat has 42 years experience in all types of residential construction, residential CAD design, and custom cabinet shop drawings. There isn't anything Pat can't do. In 1981 he moved to Dallas to work in the construction trade. His first job was working for a framing contractor, where he built a 120,000 sf wood framed retirement building. After working with the framing crew for a couple of months, the general contractor offered him a job as assistant superintendent. 

The following year Pat decided to start his own business in residential remodeling and Rustic Homes of Dallas was born. Rustic Homes of Dallas became RHD Construction, Inc. in 1982. From day one Pat believed in offering quality remodeling for a reasonable price. In the early days our custom cabinets were contracted out, however, due to Pat's extensive experience, we began building our custom cabinets in house 10 years ago. This enabled us to give personal attention to the cabinet building, ensuring top quality cabinets, and allowed Pat to live his dream of being more involved in sculpting works of art.


Brenda White



Office Manager

Brenda has been with RHD construction, Inc. since 2017. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, and Performance Improvement in 2015

and is currently enrolled in an  MBA/Finance graduate program. 


Brenda was previously the Controller for two real estate investors/renovators that owned a portfolio of multiple entities across 4 states. She has 28 years experience in accounting, finance, real estate, property management, and construction. 

In addition to the accounting and office management, Brenda also assists with the project management including the bidding of new prospective projects.
